There are more than one thousand campsites in Spain. Therefore, you will find some very basic campsites (one star) and some very luxurious (four stars). You can choose a pitch for your tent or your caravan. The Spanish campsites also offer the possibility to rent a mobile home, a bungalow or a chalet. If you travel with a motorhome, some campsites are equipped with a special services area.

If you like nature and rural life, we advise you to try out camping at a farm. You will usually have a very large pitch and a very nice welcome. Camping Spain presents 2 campsites of this type.

Naturism is a lifestyle in harmony with nature, expressed through social nudity, and characterised by self-respect as well as respect of people with different opinions and of the environment (International Naturist Federation). Camping Spain presents 8 naturist campsites.
These campsites are usually members of the Spanish Naturist Federation and of the International Naturist Federation.

Languages. Spanish's real name is Castilian. Catalan, Galician and Euskera (the Basque language) are regional languages. Therefore, if you choose a campsite in Catalonia (Barcelona), buy an English-Catalan dictionary rather than an English-Spanish one !
